I am a first time customer and I was walked through the whole experience with such ease I purchased a starter bracelet and my first charm. I went back a few days later and was recommended clips to keep my charms in place and they protect my bracelet from being damaged.

Everyone was so wonderful and so kind great people skills and was treated very good including the manager I will be returning to buy more gifts
