I went into pandora to get a ball for my bracelet and the staff was very knowledgable about how to get what I needed. The staff remembered me from Valentine's Day 2019 which made me feel like a valued customer. I always have a great experience when visit a Pandora store.

I went at a perfect time. I told the lady what I was looking for and she got it for me immediately. She was kind.

The associate who helped me was very patient and knowledgeable. I empathized to her how I needed matching charms as a gift and she showed me several options. Even after I chose which charms, she recommend other birthday charms suitable for the bracelets I picked out. I did not have a lot of time. However, the experience shopping did not feel rushed all at. She boxed them all up nicely and kept a conversation with me throughout the process on returning to shop with them again and about the warranty.Thanks again for helping me with my selection. The Mom & Daughter Charms will be a great gift for the occasion.

The sales person was very knowledgeable about what I wanted, very patient & gave good tips on the merchandise,of questions I asked of the merchandise.

The staff was super helpful and very friendly. Even though the store is preparing for inventory, they had plenty of associates available to assist customers. I enjoy sharing not only my stories about my charms but hearing about the charms the associates are wearing in their stories.
