I always love my shopping experience at Pandora. I was hoping Teneshia was there, because I always seem to get her and she remembers me each time I shop. I worked with Jessica yesterday and she was great. I found exactly what I wanted as a birthday present for my sister and for myself.

The lady that helped me helped me find what I wanted but I had to come back because I was rushing to pick up my kids. So when I got back another lady helped me get right back to what I wanted and gave the First Lady credit for the sale even thought she wasn’t there.

Shea was very nice and friendly to my mom and I we really enjoyed her customer service she was very polite and understanding I really appreciate her for helping us .shea was great .

I have always recv'd good service when shopping at this Pandora but I must say the sales associate during my recent visit was Shaquaisha and this young lady was beyond awesome. She had impeccable patience and knowledge. She listended intently to what I was aiming to purchase and what budget I was aiming to stay w/in. She EXCEEDED that AND I left with an extra treat but still w/in budget. Again, this young lady is def a gem of an asset to your company.

The sales rep Kayla was very helpful in making a decision as to the products that my girlfriend and I were looking for. Kayla was very knowledgeable and involved through the whole experience. She made the experience THAT MUCH MORE welcoming into wanting to return again. Thank you Kayla and the staff of the Patrick Henry Mall Team. Everyone them made it a memorable day.
