The assistant manager was happy to clean my bracelets. She answer questions n gave excellent presentation of the jewelry. Our conversation on my bracelet made me feel awesome about being a Pandora family/ club member. I wish you bring back VIP purchase again. It was fun for me n my friends to know only the best got to shop early

Her suggestions also helped me do the purchase. I would give her a 10/10 for her excellent and outstanding customer and sales service. You definitely need more Caries at your other locations. She has left a pleasant and lasting impression on me!

I think you should offer the retired pieces on your website especially for customers who have paid so much for these pieces and then if they break you have no way of replacing it or getting it fixed you have to start all over it's too expensive to do that
