I went in for a specific item for my wife's birthday. The associate who helped me greeted me when I came in, and promptly assisted me. I actually ended up getting more than I came for. Great service and great products.

Everything is always available and the staff is always friendly. Very clean, bright, open store with large selection.

We were greeted first, asked what we were looking for, and given pointers about the necklaces and off we went. In the store we quickly looked around, picked our necklace of choice and then got back with the sales associate to help us with charms. It was all so easy and quick!

I am highly satisfied with this experience because the gifts are on going to add to the overall bracelet. I was informed of sales that will be happening during the Christmas season.
