friendly staff and very helpful

My associate was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She brought out several rings for me to choose from, all similar to what I was looking for. She did not give up on finding me a ring to add to my ring stack.

The story was well lit. It was very clean. Customer service was great.

I already have 5 pandora rings and I love them. I came in looking for a specific ring without a backup. However, the associate knew of the ring I was looking for it just wasn’t available but she found one just as cute and I absolutely love it.

I called the store to make sure that they had the curb chains in stock and the lady who answered the phone was extremely polite and informed me that there were only 2 left. When I went to pick one up, Michelle greeted me immediately and made me feel welcome. Even though there a line, I was willing to wait because she acknowledged me and I knew she would be with me shortly. I can only wear light and thin necklaces due to a neck injury and Michelle was very compassionate and she showed me both the curb chain that I was looking for and other options in case it didn't fit right. She had great product knowledge and I didn't feel pressured to buy more and she also didn't try to upsell me too much when I told her I was on a budget. I will be coming back to shop with Michelle from now on.

The sales associate welcomed me to the store and asked if I needed any help. I did. I was buying a gift. She found what I was looking for and suggested a few other options. She knew it was a gift so she made sure I had a gift receipt as well.

In the last 2 months, I lost my husband and my cat. I went into the store to look for charms that would be a remembrance and despite my tears; the saleswoman was very compassionate and helpful and showed me the perfect charms. I appreciate the service I received.
