The staff is amazing. Always smiling, courteous, energetic. You can tell they love their jobs by the way they treat their customers. She loves the jewelry and expressed excitement in certain pieces available. I do feel the staff should wear more of the jewelry while they work. I really recommend them to have pieces they can wear as the staff that are display pieces for just the staff to wear and show customers their favorite pieces and arrangements of charms.

The sales associate took the time and gave me the opportunity to take a picture of the charms on her wrist so that I would remember what I bought. She was very helpful in the process of purchasing items for my mother as a gift.

Went to the store and knew I was looking for a BD charm. Sales associate knew exactly what to show me and the charm was perfect for the gift I sought. I had already purchased the bracelet. I was in and out in 20 minutes.
