Both the sales accociate and manager jumped in to help me find what I was looking for. They listened to my description of the items and found what I was looking for eventhough it was discontinued. They told me about the upcoming events and new items coming in and invited me back!

Great service

I have been a Pandora customer for several years. I wasn't sure what I wanted to get my daughter for her 39th birthday but when I told the salesperson in the store she showed me a couple of items and I ended up getting the second item she showed me. I was very happy with her choices.

The store manager waited on me twice and both times she was awesome!! Asked what I was looking for and then presented it and got me out of the store in minutes. Fredericksburg store.

Namoi was amazing! I had a list of what I was looking to purchase as Christmas gifts for several family and friends. She knew exactly where and what I asked about and showed each item to me for approval. She suggested some clips and gave me opportunity to see the bracelets for the promotion. She packaged and marked the individual purchases for the receipents, all I have to do is put them under the tree until ready for delivery. Enjoyed her personalbe conversation and look forward to my next visit.

The sales personnel or friendly and knowledgeable about the store products. And they are always willing to help and suggest new items. The management of the store is wonderful and always nice for them to recognize you as you come in the store!

The associate was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and overall extremely willing to satisfy any of my needs. She did not rush me even though I asked many questions and wanted to see many pieces. Now this is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I went into the store, knowing what I was looking for. The sales associate helped me look through all of the options and found exactly what I was looking for. She also had asked what I was in there for and she found charms and beads to compliment my bead for my dog that passed.

It was my first time in a Pandora store. When I did have my first visit with a Pandora store I was in a wheelchair because of knee problems and it was nice and easy to move around and the ladies there was very great and polite so I made my first purchase to buy a bracelet with a charm then my charm broke a few days later when I try to add another charm and the ladies replaced it for me since it was under the one-year warranty love the experience will definitely go back.
