I came in to buy a bracelet. Patchnda was great! She knew her stuff really well and told me some new things about the bracelet that I didn't know already. She really cared about my interest to put on the bracelet. She is a good multitasker. I saw her work with someone else, reassured me and other people that someone will get to us, and she helped her employees too. I really love the bracelet that we created.
