I did really have any ideal of what I was looking for and Pandora Sales Associate Phatchaneeda asked me three questions that led to the most beautiful combination of charms that I would not have selected on my own. Absolutely wonderful service and very pleased with my purchase.

Everytime i come to this pandora store, all of the associates remember me, they always ask about my daughters because i am always there for them, but more importantly they are very knowledgeable and inviting

Pandora sales associates did a fantastic job of tending to the eager customers who had been gathered outside of the Spotyslvania (VA) location on Mother’s Day. I spent the new-normal 20-25 minutes in line outside of the store prior to entering to shop. Once inside I was greeted by an exceptionally cheerful, knowledgeable, and willing to serve sales associate. Ashley was gracious in her assistance in ensuring that I purchased a Moments Open Bracelet that truly represents who I am. Ashley also assisted in organizing and beautifying my original Pandora Snake keepsake bracelet. I cannot say enough about Ashley’s genuine level of customer service skills. I will continue to shop at this location and look forward to seeing Ashley. I may call ahead to schedule a personal shopping session with Ashley only.

The specific charm I went to get they only had one left and it was on a display bracelet and they were more than happy to take it off so I could purchase it.
