Every time Nicole takes care of me she’s very friendly, knowledgeable of the merchandise and personal. She provided options and went out of her way to assist and find alternatives when the item sought was sold out.

Despite being right before Mother's Day weekend and there being a rush as I was in the store, I found the sales associates incredibly reliable and helpful. The young lady helping me found everything I was looking for and made an effort to get to know me and why I was in and what the purpose was for my trip in. She helped me find the perfect gift for my MIL, who is like my own mother. I cannot wait to surprise her with the amazing charms that were suggested.
