Superb customer service

The sales associate was exceptionally nice to me even though I was indecisive about the kind of ring that I wanted to get for myself. She helped me find my correct ring size and helped me decide on which ring I wanted. Then she helped me find another ring to stack it with once she realized I was interested in wanting to stack. The overall process was painless and very enjoyable. The whole staff was just very welcoming and they even smelled very good too. 10/10 would come back and would recommend other people to this exact store location.

This is simple! The staff members that assisted me that day were extremely professional, friendly and valued me as a person and my patronage. They were kind, helpful and playful amid doing a professional job. They were great sales persons!

This was my first visit to a Pandora Store and my first bracelet. My boyfriend bought it for me for my birthday and I absolutely love it. I have not taken it off since the lady in the store put it on my wrist. He spent over $350 for the bracelet I wanted and the charms and I am so in love with everything about Pandora and my bracelet.

Lisa is so helpful and so pleasant. She is so patient with me, as I usually take a lot of time because I always want to look at everything! She helps me pick out pieces that will work together. I value her opinion. The jewelry is amazing. I'm so glad we have this store in fredericksburg!

The service is so good in the Pandora store. The store is clean and all are very friendly and helpful. They remember their customers and what their customers like. Great group that is lead by a great supervisor!! Lisa is the best!
