Mikayla took the time to show me different charms and clips on my bracelet. She also listen to what I was looking for instead of what she was liking.

Very friendly associates at both stores. Both stores were very clean. Williamsburg had way more to pick from than Spotsylvania mall.

Lisa was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I came for one pair of earrings and left with many of beautiful items. Excellent customer service!!!

My Pandora Rep Ashley was very attentive to my needs. First she listen too exactly what I wanted. Then she expertly when and got the two pandora bracelets I needed. Then she patiencely rearranged/separated all my charms from my old stretched out bracelet. The changing out of the charms was time consuming so but Ashley did this for me with a smile. And the new arrangements looked great! I was thoroughly impressed by Ashley's customer's service. Thanks Pandora for having such an outstanding Pandora rep to service my needs. This will definitely inspire me to return to this store often. Oh and by the way I even received a military discount which is rare for the stores in this mall. Thanks Pandora and thanks Ashely. I absolutely love pandora jewelry! charms/bracelets, earrings, rings, necklaces, all of it. the manager Lisa just makes the whole experience the best though. She always takes good care of me. She helps me pick things out, figure out ways to put things together etc. Lisa always has a smile on her face and makes me feel happy. She knows what I like and lets me know when there are new items in the store. i prefer to see things in person before buying and am so glad there is a store in Fredericksburg Va. This is a great store with great staff.
