The necklace i bought for my girlfriend broke. we went in store to see about getting it fixed. the sales lady replaced it in about 10 minutes without any issues or extra cost. it was great

I was in the store less than 2 minutes and although it was very busy I was greeted and had a wonderful sales associate named Alanis offer to assist me. I did not know what pandora charm I wanted when entering the store. She asked me who I was purchasing for and took me over to the case. She made suggestions and asked questions about who the charms were for. Based on these questions, she helped me pick out the perfect charms for the family members I was purchasing for (sister, daughter, daughter-in-law and granddaughter). I could not have asked for a better experience than the one I received today at the Fredericksburg store. The manager and district manager were also present in the store and were wonderful. Great store that offers a great experience with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Alanis was amazing and I will be visiting again and requesting her help!!

Very good customer service

I walked into the store and was greeted by a friendly salesperson. After given a few minutes to look around i was asked if I needed help. The salesperson helped me find my item and purchase it. She was helpful and pleasant to work with.

I got exactly what I needed and the sales representative she was absolutely wonderful I would highly recommend her she is great help me choose three bracelets for three daughters
