I really appreciated Nicole's professionalism, kindness and guidance during my experience. She help my husband pick out 5 charms that symbolized our relationship.

Our sales person Nicole W. No. 199577 made our shopping experience that much more enjoyable because she was so friendly, personable and had a great sense of humor. She helped us with some ideas in designing a bracelet which we would have never thought of if she hadn't mentioned it.

My daughter and I went into this store to purchase a bracelet. As soon as we entered the store, we were pleasantly greeted by the sales lady. That was a great welcome to us. The customer service was on point from beginning to end. Very satisfied with her costumer service. Thank you for having such personnel at this store.

The sales woman, Annalise and her co worker were extremely kind. I knew nothing about Pandora but they helped and offered advice as we went along. They asked questions and listened to what I responded with. The two of them are extremely professional, pleasant, polite and their smiles brought me into the store. I will definitely be back but Pandora needs an Autism and Breaston Cancer survivor charm so we don't have to buy cheap junk from Amazon.

The salesperson was quick to greet me and knew exactly where the merchandise was that I was interested in. She offered some suggestions for another piece which was very helpful though I declined to purchase for now but I will be back.

Always amazing customer service.

The manager and sales associates always take care of me. I was there to purchase an angel charm in memory of my mother who just passed away on September 24th. I also was there to switch a bracelet that was defective and I was taken care of so nicely. Love the Spotsylvania Mall store!! Lisa the manager and Kayla are the best!!
