The staff is always friendly and they always remember who I am. This store and employees are great.

I was extremely pleased with this experience for the same reason I am pleased with all of my experiences at Pandora, the store manager Lisa. She is always in a great mood, professional, friendly and eager to please.

The staff were very friendly and greeted me when I entered store even though both associates were helping other customers. Thanked me for being patient and waiting. My salesperson is always very helpful in assisting me with purchase. She is always professionally dressed and wears a smile on her face.
