I had never been in a Pandora store and didn't know what to expect. Also, I was not totally sure what to expect, since I was buying a gift for my stepdaughter. I was greeted quickly by a sales associate. I told her what I wanted and she found it quickly in the store. She also suggested charms for the bracelet and let me look through the store catalog to make my suggestion. The overall experience was great and I will return for additional purchases for Christmas.
