The great service and support by the representative was amazing. I left the store 100% sure my wife would be happy with what I got. Thanks to Annalisa great advice.

The sales rep helping me was very knowledgeable about the charms I was interested in. She knew what I was asking about and where it was located in the store. she was able to answer questions that I asked about other charms I had previously purchased and was very friendly and easy to work with. The store was clean and. sparkled with Pandora Charm.

I always enjoy the optimism of the sales associates. I definitely feel like I'm part of the Pandora Family. It's so nice to see how the jewelry comes to life and expresses one's unique character. I know that I can always find a piece that makes me feel special... the store definitely gives character to the consumer and great vibes!!!

The person who assisted me is the best salesperson ever and prices are really good

I went in on a were they must have been shot staffed. There were only two associates in the store and there were multiple people needing assistance. They were trying their best but I wish they new how to multitask and help more than one person at a time.

First of all there was only one sales associate in the front of the store. Second the sale associate came over to assist me, as I was looking at product with the sale associate two ladies entered the store. At that point I was still looking at product and the sale associate left assisting me and went over to the others ladies. She never said give me one minute ill be right back or anything. Another sale associate can from the back of the store and ask if I needed help. I told her the other lady was assisting me but she left to assist those other ladies. In my opinion the original sale associate was unprofessional and rude. You never leave one customer to assist another unless the sale is completed or the person say it's ok to assist someone else while I look around at other products.

Everyone in the store was very friendly. The person who helped me was knowledgeable of the of the product. She even rearranged my charms cleaned and placed the new item that I purchased.

I believe that since it was Valentines and you had a special you should have had more employees working. You didn't have anyone knowing who was the next customer which led me to have to wait longer than I should have since customers that came into the store before me was served. However, the representative was awesome.

Christmas shopping & I stood outside in the line for 1 hr 20 mins. I believe more sales associates would have made the experience less stressful
