The store had no sports charms. I purchased a bracelet with a heart and needed a size 17. My granddaughter plays foot ball and basketball and I wanted those charms for her first bracelet. Thank you. I wasn't offered to apu for credit card like another couple of customers..

The line to get into the store was a bit long due to the high number of people wanting to get into the store. The wait time was approximately 20 minutes to get into the store. I wish that there had been a better selection of your earrings at the store. This said that I desired was only in the display case and it was broken and unavailable for purchase. On a separate note, the Pandora app is extremely dissatisfying!!! To the point where I stopped using it and did not make a purchase on it. I had planned on buying two more pairs of earrings that were not in the store and two more charms. But the app kept freezing on me and I was never able to make the final purchase. I did go online, but the website is almost as bad. It took me over 20 minutes to try and buy the four items but the website did finally process the payment. They did check my internet connectivity and speed and I had full connection on a 5G device. I will most likely not make a purchase in the future on the app or website due to the inconvenience. Which is sad because you're losing more business if the store doesn't have what I want.

I was very satisfied. I don’t live in the area so going back to that store is highly unlikely. Going to a pandora by my home very likely.

Don’t sent coupons for joining or adding your email for online only coupons?! Why would I waste my time using a coupon online when I can support your local store and the employees who need customers to come in and buy things so they have a job?! You should be driving traffic to your stores to support your local stores and the employees who live in the community. Not only that by the time I use the coupon and pay for shipping I have not only paid more or equal but I have had to wait for my items. Just makes no sense! Support your stores!

Too slow...the rep(s) move too slow. Lack enthusiasm. My rep acted as though she could care less on waiting on me. Or she preferred not to wait on me. Sadly, I had visited this store two days in a row and observed this same rep and her demeanor was the same the day before which she sort of avoid waiting on me. We made eye contact the day before when I was in store but she said absolutely nothing to me. Such as "we will be with you shortly or something." I almost thought because I was the only black customer waiting at the time she didn't want to wait on me next if the opportunity presented itself. But said, no that could be reason. But today, after my second repeated visit to this store and observing her demeanor, I said, hummm something not quite right with her. But I really like the gift I purchased yesterday for an elderly friend, I had to get a similarly pandora bracelet for myself. Hence, this is the only reason I was in the store two days in a row. Maybe my observations off...but what if they are not?

Slow to attend to customer on this day of service. Waited over 5 mins to be serviced without a rep even recognizing my presence.

They only allow one customer per sales associate. So if there's 3 associates working, they only allow 3 people in the store. Whether you are looking to purchase or just want to see what they have to offer, you're waiting in that same long line. You feel rushed because there is a HUGE line of people staring and waiting for you to make a purchase or leave. The associate that dealt with me seemed uninformed on the merchandise as he had to constantly seek out another associate for answers every time I asked a question. The merchandise is beautiful, but I will never step foot in this particular location ever again.
