Small selection and items I saw on line were not available in store. First time in store and was surprise it was so small. Pretty pricey too.

The store was closed at 11:15 on Sunday with no sign as to when they would open. The store did not have my 1st or 2nd choice and I couldn't wait on an order as I needed it asap. There was a 10 minute wait time to be seen. I think it was due to the late opening.

Was very happy to get my bangle bracelet. The store was very clean and very nice inside. The help in the store is very helpful and very nice we need more people like this at all the stores.

The only thing is you need more people working. Had to wait awhile. But every one was nice. They knew what i want and get it. Very nice store...

The managers of this store is not friendly. They do not smile. Sales associates are great.

Always room for improvement.

I had a good experience in the store. There was no problem getting what I wanted from the sales associate. She was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Not a bad experience. Never really have been into Pandora jewelry but I must say it is very pretty. Not sure if I like it 😁
