The only thing I would suggest is offer to tell the customer how to clean the jewelry I still don't know.

The sales associate was amazing but the assistant manager was not her approach when she came over made me feel rushed it also made me feel uncomfortable that she didn’t allow her associate to do her job. I had touch an item that I wanted to see and the sales manager Lisa said anything you touch we have to clean. She didn’t say hi or introduce herself anything. This really made want to not even purchase anything but because the sales associate was very nice I went ahead and purchased. I was very surprise when I looked at her tag that she was the manager not friendly at all!!!!

The push of extra products is sometimes a little annoying

We couldn’t find the correct size of the ring I wanted. On the inventory list, it said there were two left in stock. However, we couldn’t locate them and the manager believed someone incorrectly marked the size when they sold them.

Got what i needed. Sales person helped.

Both sales persons were very helpful polite and attend
