The associate was great the store is a little small but the experience was great.

The selection was not great and the sales associates kept going to the back of the store. You look up and there is nobody there.

The salesperson was not friendly at all. Being they have a promotion going on only had to workers. Wanted a credit card she did not ask.

I had to ask for the associate for help. I was the only one in the store after she had finished waiting on another customer.

The associate helped the other person instead of me. Did not even ask who was first

False advertisement. I went to Pandora to purchase my mother a mother's day gift and I was aware that they were giving out a free bangle of $150 or more purchase well I spent over $300 and didn't recieve a bangle. So I was not satisfied at all.

Needed a size 8 ring set. Was talked into 8 1/2 because you don't sell 8? Was too big had to to go back & return after almost losing it off finger. Dont sell someone wrong size. And push too tight or too hig ring as only option. Will not shop there as you are discriminating size 8?

The Manager is extremely rude and uninviting. She never says hello. She stood at the register while I checked out and just stared down. Never said hello, how are you or anything of that matter. I work retail in the same mall my manager would never be so rude. This is the interaction I have along with all my friends every visit to the Spotsylvania Pandora Mall in Fredericksburg VA. I have called customer service before and obviously this store has not been coached on Good customer service. I try to avoid this Pandora because it is so u welcoming as soon as you walk in.

This is the third visit in two years where I have walked in Pandora and have been completely ignored as if I am just a window shopper. I understand the position is commission based but customer service should not lack so much based off a person’s appearance. Half the time the associates won’t even come from behind the counter when I walk in until I explain I am ready to purchase. This time was no different. Nycole did redeem the experience when she began helping me but honestly if your young and black your better off going to a different Pandora store
