The wait time until I interacted with an associate was over 30 minutes. I never once heard, “Sir, someone will be with you shortly.” I also did not hear, “We apologize for your wait.”

Made purchase of approximately $150 just prior to special of free bracelet of $ 150. Made even exchange and spent another $110 to be told I didn’t qualify for the free bracelet!!! Really????

The rep that decided to help me with exchange was impatient and acted as if I was a bother to help figure out what I wanted. When making my decision she answered "so, you want to get this one or the cheaper one?" Who says that if they are trying to make a sale. My wife said if she is that if she is going to be that rude than return the whole purchase. She was on the phone with me as I was completing the transaction. Def won't be going to her anymore. Or the store if she is working

Sales Rep. had mask below her nose the entire time, not Covid safe. She was excited for the sale until she realized I was only purchasing a small gift. Not a large purchase. She rushed me through the process and didn’t allow me to view other stuff for future purchases. Will go to Jared’s for Pandora. Better service.

It was my first time in the store and my first purchase and I will be returning the bracelet because it’s kind of tight on my wrist. I felt rushed by the sales associate.

There was only one sales associate at the store and he was helping another woman so I had to wait about 10 minutes until I was helped.

I realized after my purchase one of the items I got the togetherness tree was not really a Disney charm and didn’t fit in my mind after all. I had it with me and I was at another location and decided to exchange it, at that time I was told I wasn’t able to. I was not told this at the store I purchased it by the team member whom helped me. It let a bad taste. The store at Potomac Mills mallI that I stopped by to find out what can be done with a charm that I purchased from them that was defective. They told me nothing can be done. This is not a good price by Pandora . I must say these back to back bad experiences have made me wary and not so willing to continue as a customer.

I purchased a 50th anniversary charm at the Pandora in Disney in September. Mickey came off last week. Went to have it repaired and was told I’d need to take back to Florida store. I live in Virginia.
