Was rudely treated by the assistant when asking for a military discount. She proceeded with the transaction without adding it and said that I couldn’t use it until next time I came back. After I asked if she could just void my purchase and apply it she reluctantly did so and seemed very annoyed with me til the transaction was finished.

I went in to get 2 charms replaced because one had a Chrystal missing and the other one came apart. Then the sales associate started telling me that I shouldn't wear my bracelet all of the time. I am a nurse and I value my bracelet. It is my business what I wear. Then she said this is a one time replacement. I felt like she was so rude to me because I am a woman of color.

I picked up my ring and had it for 3 days i felt tight when taking it back to the store for a return the kept blowing pass my request to return the ring and kept asking me to keep it or exchange for a different ring but all i wanted to do was return. I really felt like they we not listening to my problem instead just trying to make sales

As soon as we walked in we were bombarded with questions. Then we were being sold more than we were trying to buy. The lady was rude and was not happy to be servicing me. She was not very patient and didn't understand we were still undecisive.

Customer customer service at this location is terrible!! They are very unfriendly and unhelpful. I love Pandora and I love your merchandise but I will never shop at this location again.

Now I do understand it was Valentines Day. However when one sales person is outside not paying any attention to the customers outside in line and spending more time on the phone that is an issues. She could have been speaking with customers, asking who was there to pick up orders so the wait wouldn't have been so long. The sales person I dealt with was rude didn't want to look for the merchandise that I paid for and ordered on line for pickup and instead wanted me to purchase it again. Even when asking to see other merchandise was slightly rude to me and my girlfriend. As I stated it was Valentines day but they were not that busy at the time I was there.

I had purchased a Harry Potter bracelet and several charms for my Granddaughter for Christmas. They did not have the "Harry Potter" bracelet but told me that I could bring the other bracelet back and they would give me the Harry Potter one. Well, I was back over at Spotsy Mall yesterday and took the receipts that I had and showed them to the one girl that was waiting on me and told her what the other girl had told me about the exchanging the one bracelet for the Harry Potter one. The girl then proceeds to tell me "that's not the way it works", so I wound up having to buy another "Harry Potter" bracelet to put the charms on. The first time I paid a sum total of $163.23 and then had to pay another $94.7 for the "real" Harry Potter one. The last girl who waited on me was Annalisa P. I'm not used to being dressed down by a sales person. If it was something that I didn't understand it should have been brought to my attention nicely not rudely. All total I paid $163.23 the first time and $94.77 the second time for the "real" bracelet.

The sales person was very rude and had an attitude when working with me. I was looking for a bracelet that I didn’t know the name of and the entire time she just had a nasty attitude. It truly felt like I was not wanted in that store; will not be visiting this location again.
