The 2 sale associates where very rude , didn’t have time to show us things we wanted to see They had the worse attitude ever !!!!

The sales persons didn't know the price of a bead I wanted. It took over 15 minutes for them to locate it in a book. Then when I got home, I found out the bangle I just paid $80 was on sale for $60.....not happy!

The sales associates did not acknowledge us in any way or ask us if we needed help. ( no one else was in the store) was very unfriendly and was more concerned talking about something else with the other associate. Shoes her 2 items we were interested in. We found one of them and she said they didn’t have the other one when it was clearly visible. We had to point it out that is was there and she just ignored us.

The sales girl was rude. The store was very low on inventory. It was a waste of time to visit the store!!!

I have been a customer of this store for several months and the level of service from its associates is extremely poor. From their level of responsiveness, they do not acknowledge you when you walk into the store, they act as if you are a burden to them buy purchasing items from their store, they treat you with suspicion if you order something online to utilize a discount code and then want to pick up said item in the store, and they are outright unfriendly. I believe this treatment my friends and I receive is due to us being members of the LGBT+ community. We have never caused the associates any hassle or problems, yet we continue to be treated as pariah when we enter the store. Not all of the associates treat us in this manner, as there are two ladies who treat us normally, but many do. I have been experiencing this treatment from the store for months now and have not spoken up about it, as I do not like causing ripples. But I can stay silent no longer, I am tired of this treatment and wish to express my griefs with this store location. It is truly amazing when more than 10 of my friends all share this view of the store and have griefs with the level of service it produces.

I bought a ring the diamonds fell out as soon as my wife put it on. Went back to the store it was closed for inventory. Went back again no apology for the bad item just replaced it. Minimum conversation period! Left me with discomfort with this store!

The store is fine clean and safety precautions for covid are in place. What I didn’t like was the customer service at this store. I really wanted to walk out but I was buying a gift for someone. I will not be returning to this specific store at all been there 2 times within 2 wks apart and no to me customer service is ver important
