Pandora Jewelry

The atmosphere of the store has been very unwelcoming the last three visits I’ve made to the store. The sales associates are unprofessional & have an air of superiority whereas they act as if interacting with customers is an inconvenience.

My family and I have been purchasing items from Pandora for quite sometime. I have never felt the way I felt while shopping in the Pandora store in Fredericksburg, VA as I did the other day. I was treated as if I was a thief and I was overlooked while I was in the store. I will be letting my family and friends know about my recent experience. That will be my last time ever going into the Fredericksburg location.

I wasn’t satisfied when returning my merchandise to the store. I was told I couldn’t exchanged it seeing it was purchased through Afterpay even though it was paid out in full. I received horrible service and this not the first time. I will do my purchases online or at another store location. The sale people has terrible attitude and poor costumer service at this location seeing I have encountered it on two separate occasions, so this was the last straw for me at this store.

The sales associate seemed that she didn’t have time to help me. There was another associate with another customer that seem very helpful to her. But the lady that was helping me not so much. She was very short and acted as if I was bothering her and I felt rushed.
