The shopping experience was delightful and completely inline with the Christmas environment this time of year. The sales associates were all helping other customers, but two of them did let me know the wait wouldn’t be long. When I was assisted, the associate was extremely knowledgeable about the Pandora product line and knew exactly what I was searching for.

This was our first time going to Pandora at Spotsylvania Mall. Chris was our sales associate and we just loved Chris. Friendly, had the greatest of patience and most importantly offered assistance. Helped us decide on a bracelet and charms for my granddaughter who is turning 21.

The associate who helped me was amazing. She took the time to help and the store was extremely busy but she went out of her way to help me. Would come back just for her
