I received assistance as soon as I entered the store. The sales associate was in training; she was still knowledgeable about the products. When she encountered a problem she sort help from a veteran sales person.

I was welcomed when I first walked though the door by Andy who was very helpful and helping me find what I was looking for and could not find because it was out of stock but I ended up with something I did purchase. But I will come back to purchase again.

The associate was very polite with helping me. With this being my first time to a Pandora she helped me find the perfect bracelet and charm made sure everything fit correctly and that I was happy with my selection before purchasing.

Originally went in to see about some items that were on sale that I wanted to get online but they were sold out online. Was hoping you’d have them in store did not. I also wanted to look at a new ring it’s a rectangle shape. I really like the look of the ring I do not like the way it is set it should be set up and down like a cushion set instead of sideways I would’ve purchased it if it had been set up and down. I do not like the way in a sense. You may want to look into that and change that setting.

GREAT SERVICE. THE WAIT TO GET INTO THE STORE WAS TOO LONG. MUST OF THE STAFF WAS NOT FRIENDLY. THEY DID NOT WORK WELL AS A TEAM. THEY DID NOT HAVE THE SALE ITEMS LABELED. THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK OF ALMOST EVERYTHING WE WANTED.
