I was greeted immediately upon entering the store and the associate was extremely pleasant. I was in and out within 5 minutes.

I received a bracelet via email and it was too big. Called the stores in Charlotte, NC and was able to exchange it at the Carolina place mall. Abigail was very attentive to my needs and exchanged to bracelet for the correct size and I also purchased another charm while there.
