Although the store was busy Rachel greeted me immediately and assisted me with my exchange. I’ve never been to Pandora and wasn’t familiar with the sizing and charm options, but Rachel was super nice and very knowledgeable about all the products. I know my mom will love her gift and I plan on coming back to purchase some for myself as well. Thanks again

The associate Rachel L was so kind. Especially when I had to call my wife about what she wanted. I had no ideal on what to get her and how she would like it because she is really picky about what goes around her neck. Do you know that what I picked out she didn't like. She wanted a sunflower but you all don't sell them. So Rachel told me about another optional while my wife was on the phone and she loved it!! So if she is happy than I am happy-Since it was her birthday/anniversary gift.
