I came to the store to get a ring fixed that had a warranty on it. I expected to be there probably 30 minutes and have a little bit of a hassle. But it was super easy and completely painless to go about. The lady did a fantastic job helping me out and getting my ring fixed immediately. It was super nice to be able to go in there without any problems. I also bought a Pandora charm for my bracelet and she very quickly and easily showed me where it was at.
