Toya, the sales associate was very helpful. There was a good selection of merchandise. The store was bright and inviting.

Toya was outstanding! Her knowledge of the merchandise was very insightful and her customer service was off the charts! She was helping my friends and I and was able to remember our ring sizes and give amazing recommendations! I loved her patience throughout the whole process! The store was very clean and they had a lot of options for rings in each size!

Kelly was fast, knowledgeable, and over all amazing to work with! She was very thorough make sure I understand care/warranty. I cannot wait to come shop at this location again !

All associates on shift were friendly and approachable. All asked me if I needed assistance even as I was already being assisted, so they didn't shy away from customers. It was a pleasurable experience as I was catered to my particular need.

I was extremely satisfied with my visit at Pandora because the sales associate who took care of me was extremely knowledgeable. Plus, all the other associates were very attentive and Made sure you were aware that he knew you were there.

We walked into the store and it was pretty busy. There were only two sales associates but they were moving pretty fast. We had the pleasure of having Kelly as our sales associate. She helped us find the sizes we needed. One of our rings were not out in display and Kelly was able to go into the back and find the LAST available size in the ring we wanted. We left very satisfied!
