Today was my first time visiting a pandora store. I was not confident walking inside the store. Very unsure as to what I’m looking for. In the beginning , my experience was not going as expected until I met Rachel L. Once she learned the reason for my visit today, she immediately gave me a brief introduction on the company and introduced me to beginner friendly merchandise (bracelets) . She took the time out to learn more about me so that the charms I purchased told the story of my moms and I relationship. The more we spoke, the more comfortable I became with asking questions and receiving feedback on the best charms . By the end of the night , I purchased a bracelet for my mom and myself ; along with 5 charms . I’m excited to see my mom’s face once she see’s her bracelet . Can’t wait to come back :) Thank you soo much Rachel :)
