This particular store is always clean and sanitize. Very organized and neat. The ladies are always friendly smiling and very helpful. The sales ladies are the reason that I continue to come back. Great experience every time

I came to the store for two charms. I already had the charm bracelet I ordered off line. The sales representative explained to me the bracelet I had wasn’t a Pandora bracelet and the charms will probably come off in the future. I explained to the rep that I brought it from a third party website and she showed me the exact bracelet Pandora had. There was a big difference between the one I purchased from the third party and Pandora’s. I then purchased an actual Pandora bracelet with her and the charm. She was great

I had not been in to a pandora store for over 10 years. My old bracelet was dirty amd too small. The sales associate helped me to pick out a new bracelet and cleaned my old. She gave me suggestions on how to update my bracelets look.
