I brought in jewelry that was purchased last week without a receipt and Karen no. 230078 was a great help and explained that normally by policy I couldn't get anything exchanged or refunded but she kindly took care of me and let me get a pair of earrings and put my remaining balance on a pandora gift card! She's the sweetest ever! She should be head manager
