The Sales Associate(Paige) was very knowledgeable and gave excellent customer service during my vistit. My friend and I visited another location and left due to poor service. My friend is already a Pandora fan, I purchased today also, i Will return.

Even though there was a wait due to reduced capacity, the line dwindled quickly. The employees were fast, efficient yet attentive to their customers. Service is always personal and they make great suggestions for styles or themes. Chelsea did a great job and even noticed that my sister bracelet clasp was not working properly and immediately took it for repair. She was great and made this a pleasurable shopping experience.

Even though there was a line it was moving at a decent pace. I knew exactly what I wanted to get, I explained that to the associate and she suggested 3 wonderful items.

Morgan was very helpful, provided SUPER costumer service& was very personable!!! She deserves a Xmas raise/bonus!!!!
