The store employees did everything they could to assist customers in a timely manner considering the circumstances. Inventory seemed a little bit hard to view without assistance. Would have liked more displays of charms to view through glass.

Dominique was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I am currently working on my 2nd bracelet and started one for both of my daughters. Just wished that my bracelet could be properly cleaned however Dominque did polish it.
