Paige and Chelsea (manager) were very knowledgeable and helpful. I went in looking for charms, and came out with a gold and silver mixed bracelet. Super excited because I now have something to wear with my gold accessories.

I originally purchased my first bracelet and charm in Columbia, SC. I was not informed about the spacers, clips, or anything else when I made my original purchase. Since then, I have been back to the Pineville location and loved this location and the staff. Chelsa is an AWESOME manager. Very friendly and helpful. Cassandra was AWESOME this day too! I was able to get one of my Christmas gifts on this visit. It was a little wait, only due to Covid restrictions and Black Friday. I have no complaints or anything about this location.
