Rachel was wonderful. We went in looking for a new bracelet and a specific letter R charm. Not only did she find both but she was extremely knowledgeable. She knew my bracelet size just by looking at my wrist. She offered go have my charms cleaned and even had the intuition on arranging my charms on my new bracelet by considering how important they might be to me. Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience!!

My associate Natalie was awesome. i originally went in to purchase a necklace. When I explained to Natalie that I was not happy about my last purchased (at the south park location) of a bracelet b/c it did not tell my story. Well, Natalie asked me what story I want to tell and when I told her, it took her under 10 mins to add to my story. I walked out with 5 charms for my story. I will be back for the necklace and another story creation. Natalie is very good on what she does. I will recommend her to my friends and family.
