The workers were nice and everything was clean and they had everything the way it should be and there was enough room to walk around the store and see everything.

I was highly satisfied with Pandora associate. She was patient and took her time with explaining and showing me a variety of Charm Bracelets and Charms. I will be returning soon for more charms.

Found some new charms. Sales associate Cassandra from Charlotte NC Carolina Place Mall was very friendly and her recommendations and knowledge of the charms were excellent.

The associates are very helpful letting me know that what is on line. And found the other one I was looking for. Thank you.

The worker was great with my little sister while helping her with her purchase. She also helped her find everything she needs. There was a bracelet that didn't fit her at all and the worker showed her another bracelet that she could get instead.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and the girl stopped what she was doing and helped me immediately. They were quick but did not rush me. It was perfect service.

You guys always make everything so easy and great. I appreciate the awesomeness in this hard time.

I got a great gift for my bestie.

I got a duplicate birthday gift, neither with a receipt. I went in the store asking about an exchange. I was able to provide the person’s information that bought it for me. I didn’t have another charm in mind. The employee began showing me charms along the same theme and there were two that I liked. I couldn’t decide sooooo I got both. The employee was kind, put thought in her suggestions and was most helpful.

The associate gave me different option on what I was looking for. They were very strict on people eating the mask and I think that’s very good in a store. The price was good.
