When I walked into the store, I was automatically greeted and helped by Alexandra. Although the bracelet I wanted was not in store, I purchased one (same bracelet, different color) as a birthday gift, and she assured me that she would give me a call if my color choice came in. She also helped me find a charm for my current bracelet. I feel that I got the most out of this shopping experience thanks to her and her consistent service.

It was such a fun experience to shop in the Carolina Place Mall Pandora Store! The store was so clean and bright and cheerful! It was especially fun to be assisted by Alexandra (188815)! She made wonderful suggestions in my charm selection but was never pushy in trying to get me to purchase any of them! She was very knowledgeable of the charms that were available and those that I could order. She gave me some great suggestions for caring for my bracelet and made the entire experience a blessing!
