The sales associate was attentive to my needs. She was very friendly and greeted me when I walked in. She showed me product based on what I had and what I told her I was interested in.

When ever I visit your stores, your staff are always friendly and helpful, I usually have my bracelets cleaned and they always comment on them. They always make suggestions as to what charms would complement them.
