They had what I needed and I didn’t have to wait.

The staff was very friendly. I knew exactly what I was looking for and she helped me find it and sized me right away. She was very patient and let me try on several charms so I could see how they would look on.

I was greeted by store mgr, I knew exactly what I wanted was unsure about size she tried 2 bracelets on me. She suggested I go with the smaller size. It was a good decision I took her advice. I love my bracelet. No waiting even though it was busy.

The associate was pleasant to talk to. She was able to exchange my bracelet very quickly. The store was nice and clean.

Great customer service the place was clean and some great choices to choose from.
