I wish they had more selection of inventory available

Would like more choices in bracket pieces.

Every place can use some work, when checking out it was a bit slow due to the books being torn from Christmas one of the sale associations mentioned but overall it Satisfied experience.

All went well. Some items were not in stock

I was only Satisfied with the service.

The customer service was great. Although one of the charms I came for was not in stock , the associate helped me find something was very happy with.

Associates were neither rude or unfriendly but they could stand to be a little more pleasant and happy.. upbeat, if you will.

Always satisfied with my purchases of rings, my favorite choice of jewelry.

I thought my bracelet broke. Ended up buying more charms.

Not a lot of options. There was nothing new and exciting to choose from.
