A person can never be highly satisfied. Service was great. Had great customer service skills. Some of the items I wanted was not available

Charms were unavailable some associates where not helpful lack luster not going the extra mile. Charm suggestions were not given lack of knowledge as more was visible online than in the store

The employee was not helpful. She seemed uninterested. I felt rushed and lost as to what my options were.

The selection in the store was very limited

There either weren't many charms, or the associate didn't pull them out of the drawers. She only would pull out one tray at a time, but I probably would have bought more if I had seen a larger selection. Im sure it is store policy, but the esperience would have been more enjoyable. Patricia R was friendly enough and knowledgeable. There were other customers waiting for help while 2 other associates were near the register chatting.

There wasn’t anything extraordinary that happened to Māke me highly satisfied with the service of Pandora. I got something I liked and left .

I wanted a certain charm but it was not able. I ask for another kind of charm, but did not have that one as well. The sale associated inform me to look online could fine it there.
