Busy day- limited staff- but they took care of me as best they could. I was the last customer before close so the staff was busy doing “count” and stuff was everywhere

The sales clerk didn't seem to be having a good day. She looked at us and continued on. Didn't say hello. Another lady was I guess rearranging jewelry. I was next to her. She didn't say hello. So the first lady finally came over. But I was already ready to go. But my husband wanted to buy me something. I felt like she was rushing us out the store. Very dry. So I picked out a cheap charm so I could get out of there. To me shopping for charms is a big deal. And it should be memorable and comfortable experience. I could have brought more. But I wanted to go.

High satisfaction in my eyes appears as leaving the store with a confident mind that the products I leave with were worth the money and will last. Equally as important, I wish that men's or unisex jewelry were implemented, as I, a man, would like to wear jewelry that is not leather. Overall, I feel like I left the store with 60% assurance that I made a good purchase.

The employee ask me if I needed help feel free to ask them.When I ask they did they have this product that I was looking for and told yes they do have it.
