When I first walked in the store Abigail was not pleasant at all. She came off very rude as if she didn’t want me to show me things that I was looking for. I came in to get sized for some items that I asked for Christmas. Typically when I come into Pandora the sales associates are extremely patient and always willing to help. Another group of customers walked in and she immediately left working with me to help the other customers. She didn’t even want to pull the rings out for me to try it on she just said “oh you’re a size 8” I love Pandora and love shopping in here but Abigail seemed like she wasn’t willing to help me. As I was walking out Andy was able to help me try in the rings I wanted and I ended up making a purchase with Andy, thank you Andy for helping me and completing my sale.

The sales associate wasn’t very friendly during the conversation. She was nice and showed me what I asked to see, but I almost felt rushed to pick out what I wanted.

I have been looking for several pieces and they were out of everything. This was my 2nd time in that area trying to find it and they charms I want are specific to that area

There was a ton of people in the store. The store was quite small, and moving around was not very easy. Also the charms were not all on display. I would prefer to look and choose without having to take 20-30 mins of someone’s time. I would say the design of the store would be a little better.

I was satisfied. The customer service was great. It wasn’t any different from any other service with great customer services so I wouldn’t say it was HIGHLY SATISFIED.

I was very satisfied with my order I placed on Sunday. The ring I really wanted was out of stock and they had one transferred, I got the ring fast! But super unhappy I was not able to make an exchange for a bracelet I had bought. It was over the 30 days but the bracelet was brand new never worn. With Covid I don’t go out much so I let to much time pass. So I wish that would have been extended.

I am new to pandora. I wasn’t highly satisfied because some things were out of stock ( expected with it being Mother’s Day but maybe a surplus should’ve been made). Also, the person that helped us wasn’t as happy as all the other sales people in the store. I didn’t feel I had the same shopping experience as everyone else. She did warm up a little towards the end when I bought something.
