The selection was awesome 😊 I enjoyed my visit

I was satisfied because I was able to shop with ease choose what I wanted in a timely manner.

Even during COVID If you can take money directly out of my hand you should be able to clean my Pandora jewelry from my same hand. I drove 45 mins to get to that store.

I have been to this location many times, but this visit was a true let down. Upon entering the store, 2 associates were readily available and neither of them greeted me or seemed like they were interested in helping. I had to ask for help, at which I was barely acknowledged. Another customer came in and was addressed immediately so I do not know what the difference was and more so why. I was shown specifically what asked for and when I asked what more can the associate suggest I was given a vague answer of, “we show you what you want” so I was planning on making more purchases, but left with only 1 item that I really was in need of. Only reason I would go back to this location is that it is the closest store to me. Unfortunate.

Initially, there was only one person on the sales floor upon coming in the store. The lady spoke, however continued helping the other guests and did not speak to us again. Thankfully, another associate came on to the floor about 5 minutes later to assist. She was great. It would be helpful to have multiple people on the floor at one time.

The staff was great. The selection was not as vast as I thought. The store was pretty dusty.

The atmosphere was chill laid back. The ladies were doing inventory and focused. The lady stopped what she was doing and helped me . The actual Bracelet I wanted was out so I had to choose a higher one. Service was great my granddaughter was with me and the lady made her a bag because she was trying to take mine.Very nice.

The sale lady was rude and not attend to my needs. It took her at least 15 min or more to make the return. Never said thank you when I was leaving the store.
