Paige was amazing she assisted me with my first purchase which was a place holder for my wedding ring that is now too big. She assisted with proper sizing and recommended the proper size so I didn’t have to try on a bunch of rings.

The customer service was amazing! And the selection was great, me and my daughters got finished choosing our earrings and we then got to the register. Every thing went well until we noticed on the way home we were overcharged.

The selection was poor. When I came in the three ladies were clustered together and nobody moved or greeted me when I started talking a African American lady spoke and came out to assist. The other ladies didn’t budge.

Sales associate turned out to be the manager. She was very pushy. Trying to tell me what to put on my pandora bracelet without being asked. She continually tried to upsell the charms and other things. If I had another option today I would have patron a different store.

I felt rushed by the salesperson to make a choice in the available charms. She would show me one charm and ask "Is there anything else?' Show me another charm and again, "Is there anything else?" There wasn't any conversation about the charm or the bracelet. I was shown the total on a tablet before I could say I was satisfied with my choices.

I was disappointed that I purchased from the store instead of completing my purchase online. The store didn't have the free bracelet option and didn't offer an alternative. I had stood in line for about 15 minutes, so I didn't want to leave. I completed the purchase with the associate, but I didn't buy as many items as I had planned. Next time, I will order online and just return what I don't like.
