I went in because I could not get my bracelet off as well as I lost a charm/clip…. Wish Pandora had replacement plans as well as trade ins to purchase new inventory bracelets

The sales associate was great, new exactly what I needed after a brief description. Even though I waited in a line it didn’t dampen the experience, it was in and out with exactly what I needed.
